On November 7, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm we will be hosting the 2019 Spring Innovation Roundtable. This is a conference where outstanding critical care nurses from around the province will gather to present exciting work and research that is happening in British Columbia.
Satellite sites are available for you to participate in this conference (sites are on poster below). If you cannot be at a site and would still like to participate, email britishcolumbia@caccn.ca to RSVP and receive a link to attend the conference online.

Sybil Hoiss, RN, MN
Clinical Nurse Specialist, Interior Health Authority Critical Care Network
Topic: Early Pronation Therapy for treatment of ARDS
A review of the history and rational for proning and description of education and partnership required to perform this therapy in regional sites in IHA
Sybil is the Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Critical Care Network in Interior Health. She has experience as an interim educator at the Royal Columbian Hospital ICU and HAU and was a British Columbia Institute of Technology clinical instructor for the critical care program. Sybil completed a Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on teaching from Athabasca University.
